I run a set of straightforward 4-week programs focused on key goals—fat burning, stretching, and cardio.
Each one is a standard 4 week program designed to help you build consistency and see real progress, without overcomplicating things.

FAT BURNER
A balanced mix of cardio and resistance training designed to help you burn fat and boost your fitness. This program includes four weekly sessions and is perfect for beginners or intermediate gym-goers looking to break through a plateau.

STRETCHING
A mix of dynamic and static stretches using simple equipment like foam rollers, resistance bands, and towels. Designed to help improve mobility and flexibility over time. Includes 5 weekly sessions (around 30 minutes each) and is suitable for all levels.

CARDIO
A varied, focused cardio plan using kit like the treadmill, bike, SkiErg, battle ropes and more. Designed to keep things fresh while challenging your fitness.
Includes 4 weekly sessions. Suitable for all fitness levels.

ONE-TO-ONE TRAINING
Face-to-face sessions tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you’re new to training or want to push things further, we’ll work together to build a plan that actually works for you.
Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase. Cancellations or rearrangements require at least 24 hours’ notice. Available to clients living within a 30-mile radius of Neath.
