I have 17 years of experience in the gym with my own training and nearly a decade of those years as a fully qualified personal trainer. Throughout my professional career I have worked for two highly respected health & fitness companies (Virgin Active & Nuffield Health), where I have helped over 1,000 face to face clients become fitter, healthier & happier.
